This article is about the collection of official platformer levels. For the first of these platformer levels, see The Tower.
The Tower is a feature of Geometry Dash and Geometry Dash Lite, introduced in Update 2.2. It is accessed through a stone portal on the second-to-last screen of the level menu slider that then reveals the Tower on a small floating island.
Description[]
The Tower features official platformer levels, where the player's icon is no longer subject to automatic horizontal movement and is able to be controlled using an expanded control scheme. Levels must be navigated through, avoiding hazards and completing puzzles, progressing through checkpoints which respawn the icon if it is killed, until reaching the end. Near the end, there are three floating blocks, each containing a secret coin, which are dispensed for collection by knocking their underside. Each floating block is assigned an objective which must be completed for their respective secret coins to be dispensed.
- Collect all regular coins
- Collect all 3 blue coins
- Activate within the time limit
Selecting the door of the Tower enters its menu where its levels can be accessed through more doors. These must be completed in sequence starting from the door at the lowest level. Locked levels appear greyed-out, completed levels have their door opened, and incomplete unlocked levels are slightly open with the inside appearing light blue. At the bottom right of the level selection room is a button that leads to the Secret Room.
